Email hosting

Managed email gives you real mailboxes on a domain you own - [email protected]. You keep the domain; we host the mail. Every plan includes webmail (at webmail.instantnode.eu) plus IMAP, POP3 and SMTP so you can use any mail app.

The plan caps how many mailboxes you can create; the storage figure applies to each mailbox. Every plan has full IMAP/POP3/SMTP access.

Ordering

Two steps: pick a plan, then enter the domain you want mail on and (on paid plans) an optional voucher. It's charged from your account balance and billed monthly. After ordering you finish the setup on the mailbox's page - DNS first, then create your mailboxes.

Domain & DNS

Before mail flows you verify the domain and add its DNS records: an MX record pointing at mx1.instantnode.eu, an SPF record, a DMARC record, a one-time ownership TXT, and a DKIM key (shown once the domain is verified). The page lists every record with a live green check so you can see when each one is live. If your domain's DNS is hosted with InstantNode, one button writes all the records for you; otherwise add them at your DNS provider.

Mailboxes

Once the domain is verified, create mailboxes ([email protected] plus a password of at least 8 characters), up to your plan's limit. Each mailbox shows a used/quota bar; you can change its password or delete it (deleting removes its mail). Hit the limit and you'll be prompted to upgrade for more.

Mail client settings

Sign in with your full email address as the username. The server is mx1.instantnode.eu.

Managing it

Open webmail in one click, upgrade to a larger plan (you're shown a prorated quote and only pay the difference for the rest of the period), and cancel with a refund of the unused time back to your balance. You can also change the domain - note that this deletes the existing mailboxes and re-verification is required, so treat it as a fresh start.
