Four kinds of event are emailed to you, and each can be turned off from your profile (see Billing & balance): login alerts (a sign-in from a new device or IP), payment & order confirmations, suspension notices (a service about to be, or already, suspended), and low-balance warnings. In-panel only: game server installs finishing or failing, and staff replies on your tickets.
